Denise Gaines recently helped my wife and I buy our dream home in Newark. From the second we met til closing (and even after) she was nothing less than perfect. Very responsive, extremely knowledgeable, and able to make what can be a stressful process virtually a breeze. I cannot say enough good things about Denise, and we'll always remember what she was able to do for us!

Ms Gaines is very soft spoken and was never too busy to call, return calls, send reminders, or gave her best advice and recommendations. The papers works seemed a little overwhelming at times however Ms Gaines walked us through them with such expertise. Her calmness was almost like therapy and I pray that the Lord will continue to bless her as she continues her job.

Denise Gaines exceeded my expectations since she continued to help me for almost 9 months from first initial showings to closing this past January. she was very responsive, always answering my "thousand" questions (bless her), since relocating was very overwhelming to me; and even after the sale and closing of the house, has always continued to be an invaluable guide to the issues of the purchased home that appeared after the sale. I would highly recommend her; she was extremely knowledgeable about the local area and very experienced, since her instincts for negotiating in this marketplace were excellent and trustworthy; so different from the NY marketplace.

Denise definitely goes the extra mile being extremely responsive and patient; her advice was extremely "on the mark" and her referral for home inspectors etc excellent;
